We do not supply goods on approval
Items ordered and subsequently not required may be returned for credit provided that:
- The item is a stock item (i.e. not made to special order)
- The item is returned unused and in original packing
- The item has not been damaged and must be in new resaleable condition.
Items returned for credit are subject to a 25% restocking charge
Customers wishing to return goods must arrange for the goods to be returned to us. Acorn Powell cannot arrange pick-ups of goods from customer’s premises.
Goods sold on to third parties cannot be returned directly to Acorn Powell. Customers should always refer to the company that supplied directly to them.
Goods delivered to customers by courier will be signed for on receipt. It is important that any item which is delivered in damaged packing or appears to be in damaged condition is signed for as “damaged”. If the customer signs for goods as “received in good condition” and then finds the goods to be damaged, there will be no liability on the part of Acorn Powell or the courier to offer recompense.
